Mom in Washington DC
Here is my beautiful mommy in Washington. If you don't already know the story she has a brain tumor that is being treated at the NIH (National Institute of Health) in Bethesda Maryland. We go there about every 6 weeks for scans and orders for more treatments. Her treatments are adminstered here in Charlotte by an oncologist. This was one of our trips this past summer. I pushed her about 5 miles that day. It was so hot but we had fun. Currently her tumors are shrinking with the help of biweekly chemotherapy.

I hope things continue to go well. Glad the tumors are responding to the treatments.
i'm not sure if you know this or not but i live in radford, virginia. you might pass us by on the way to and from dc-although i'm not sure. just wanted you to know in case you ever need a potty break. hope your mom continues to do well. let us know if you ever need to stop by for anything. we're always here!

Ann thank you so much! We usually fly there but if we ever do drive again I will stop by and say "hi". I really appreciate all of the support. Allan has such an awesome family!
